Guests have access to the downstairs side of the house, with a game room, providing exercise equipment. The suite has access to the spacious green backyard, fire pit, bbq and multi-level decks with gorgeous lush, relaxing views. Private codes to enter the home or park in the garage. The property can park cars on the street in the cul-du-sac. For parties over 4 guests, we require a $25 fee per person, per night

Enter this unique, contemporary furnished suite on the side of the house. It creatively boasts a hip, cozy atmosphere with several areas to hang-out, relax, play, study or work. We offer 3 private bedrooms and one open plan bedroom (separated off the LR/DR with a screen) w queen beds. There is an additional pull-out double futon with one full bathroom that includes a tub, shower and in-unit washer/dryer. Enjoy the spacious backyard, lower deck experience for bbq, with plenty of room and outdoor furniture with gorgeous views of lush greenery, in addition to the garden/fire pit. The game room includes: oversized bean bag chairs, a flatscreen TV, XBox, PacMan, Foose ball and board games - something for every age! Exercise bike and yoga matt for stretching and work-outs. We also offer 2 desks in the bedrooms for convenience and private work environments. Please show confirmation of vaccines. Dogs must be under 50 lbs, potty trained and continent. Cats must be declawed. No rottweiler, pitbull or aggressive breeds. Not responsible for any accidents with furniture, property or humans. There will be additional fees for any damages. Any shedding or accidents must be reported immediately to the host and cleaned up by the guest. Pet waste must be promptly disposed of in the trash. Dogs must be always attended and crated when at bedtime. Animals are not allowed on furniture or beds. Dogs require a leash to walk in the neighborhood. If the pet disturbs neighbors (barking, etc..) guest will be asked to correct behavior or remove the pet. Noise disturbances, damage or breaking of any of these rules will be subject to fines by the landlord. Any damage (scratch marks, stains, odors, shredded or ripped items) will be charged to the guest. Failure to document any additional animals beyond one, will be grounds for additional fines and cancellation of reservation. For ESAs, there must be proof of official ESA documentation and license number on official letterhead paperwork.
