The upper unit features an open-plan kitchen, living, dining, and family room, along with thoughtfully designed spaces for work or relaxation. Guests will find three desks located in private bedrooms, making it easy to work from home or school during your stay. Unwind in comfort in one of our two king bedrooms, relax in the spa-style soaking tub under the upstairs skylight, or retreat to your own private space for quiet time. For families, we offer two bunk beds for children, along with a fun teepee play area. Teens and adults can relax with movies in the living room or enjoy time on the private upper deck. This home is designed to offer variety, comfort, and space — all within the upper unit only. Please show confirmation of vaccines. Dogs must be under 50 lbs, potty trained and continent. Cats must be declawed. No rottweiler, pitbull or aggressive breeds. Not responsible for any accidents with furniture, property or humans. There will be additional fees for any damages. Any shedding or accidents must be reported immediately to the host and cleaned up by the guest. Pet waste must be promptly disposed of in the trash. Dogs must never be unattended and be crated in the home for bedtime. Animals are not allowed on furniture or beds. Dogs require a leash to walk in the neighborhood. If the pet disturbs neighbors (barking, etc..) guest will be asked to correct behavior or remove the pet. Noise or any other damage or disturbances or breaking of any of the rules can be subject to fines determined by the landlord. Any damage (scratch marks, stains, odors, shredded or ripped items) will be charged to the guest. Failure to document any additional animals beyond one, will be grounds for additional fines and cancellation of reservation. For ESAs, there must be proof of official ESA documentation and license number on official letterhead paperwork.
