Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home, multiple decks and spacious green backyard with private codes to enter the home or park in the garage. Our property can park 2 cars in the garage, 2 in the driveway and additional cars on the cul-du-sac, which allows 4+ cars total for visitors.

Relax and rejuvenate at our spacious 4000 sq ft home with a private backyard, multi-deck experience for bbq, family gatherings, catching sun and zzzz's on our chaise lounges and plenty of room at the garden/fire pit. Our home offers a lush, green, private backyard experience off the Master bedroom, with spiral staircase down to the top deck or communal relaxing on the multi-level decks and fire pit. The entire home offers a spacious get-a-way for multi-family experiences with fully stocked kitchens, spacious living and dining rooms, and plenty of outside space to stretch out, work-out relax or work in our 5 provided office spaces. Stretch out in luxury in any of our 2 king bedrooms, our spa chair under the skylight upstairs or retreat in your own private space. We offer 4 queen bedrooms plus 2 bunk beds for children - they can play in the teepee. Additional guests can sleep on an air mattress or sofa's. Teens and adults can relax and watch movies in the family room at the fire place ! Plenty of fun for everyone !

Please show confirmation of vaccines. Dogs must be under 50 lbs, potty trained and continent. Cats must be declawed. No rottweiler, pitbull or aggressive breeds. Not responsible for any accidents with furniture, property or humans. There will be additional fees for any damages. Any shedding or accidents must be reported immediately to the host and cleaned up by the guest. Pet waste must be promptly disposed of in the trash. Dogs must be attended at all times and crated at bedtime. Animals are not allowed on furniture or beds. Dogs require a leash to walk in the neighborhood. If the pet disturbs neighbors (barking, etc..) guest will be asked to correct behavior or remove the pet. Any damage (scratch marks, stains, odors, shredded or ripped items) will be charged to the guest. Failure to document any additional animals beyond one, will be grounds for additional fines and cancellation of reservation. Noise disturbances, damage or breaking of any rules are subject to fines determined by the landlord. For ESAs, there must be proof of official ESA documentation and license number on official letterhead paperwork.
